These 14 karat gold hoops are meant for nostril piercings. They are seam rings, which means they twist open (side to side, not north to south). Fair warning: gold is extremely soft so please be careful opening them.

How do I know what size I need to order?
If you were pierced in our studio please refer to the Piercing Aftercare card. On the back of the care card (towards the bottom) it should list what size is needed for your piercing.
